Communiqué is a marketing and communications agency based in Tokyo, Japan. If you have any question about your personal information, email us at [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you use the contact form, that is your name, your company, your email address, the market and layers you select, and your description of the project. If you email us, it is whatever your email contains.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

We use a few service providers to run this website and our email. Some of them process data outside Japan.

• Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. It keeps a copy for up to 30 days.
• Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive, including forwarded form submissions.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN supply the fonts and styles on these pages, so your browser shares your IP address with them when a page loads.

By sending us your brief through the contact form, you agree to your information being handled this way.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to keep reasonable business records. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, ask us and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we can.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
